Welcome to Kamlesh Cleaning Services. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before availing of our services.


1. Service Overview

Kamlesh Cleaning Services provides full home deep cleaning services in South Delhi and nearby areas within a 20 KM radius. All services are delivered as per the selected package and agreed scope of work at the time of booking.


2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Service bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel provided by us.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after mutual agreement on service details, date, time, and pricing.
  • Customers must ensure correct address, contact details, and access availability at the service location.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Service charges are based on the selected cleaning package and size/condition of the property.
  • Prices may vary if additional services or extra work are requested beyond the agreed scope.
  • Payments must be made as agreed before or immediately after service completion.
  • Any advance paid is non-refundable once the service team is dispatched.

4. Service Scope & Limitations

  • Our services include deep cleaning only, not repair, renovation, or pest control unless explicitly stated.
  • Cleaning results may vary depending on the condition, age, and maintenance level of the premises.
  • Permanent stains, old marks, paint damage, or wear-and-tear may not be completely removable.
  • We do not guarantee removal of stains caused by chemicals, hard water, rust, or permanent damage.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide uninterrupted access to the premises, water supply, and electricity during service.
  • Valuable items, cash, and fragile belongings should be secured before the service begins.
  • Pets should be safely managed during the cleaning process to avoid disruption or risk.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Same-day cancellations may attract a cancellation charge.
  • Delays caused by the customer (unavailability, access issues, incorrect address) may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

7. Damage & Liability

  • Our staff is trained to handle your property with care; however, Kamlesh Cleaning Services is not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damages
    • Fragile items not disclosed beforehand
    • Wear-and-tear or surface deterioration due to age or material quality
  • Any service-related concern must be reported immediately during or after service completion.

8. Health & Safety

  • We use safe and standard cleaning practices; however, customers should inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or special requirements in advance.
  • We are not responsible for health issues arising due to undisclosed medical conditions or sensitivities.

9. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

  • The environment is unsafe for staff
  • Misbehavior or harassment occurs
  • Payment terms are violated
  • Conditions differ significantly from what was communicated during booking

10. Changes to Terms

Kamlesh Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.


11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
