Kamlesh Cleaning Services provides full home deep cleaning services in South Delhi and nearby areas within a 20 KM radius. As our services are time-bound and manpower-based, refunds are governed by the conditions outlined below.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking by informing us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may attract a cancellation charge.
- Same-day cancellations or unavailability at the service location may result in no refund.
3. Refund Policy
- Any advance payment made is non-refundable once the service team has been dispatched.
- Refunds are not applicable for services that have been partially or fully completed.
- Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction caused by:
- Pre-existing stains or damage
- Permanent marks, wear and tear, or surface aging
- Conditions beyond the scope of deep cleaning
4. Service Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with the service:
- Please notify our team on the same day of service completion.
- We will review the concern and may offer a re-cleaning or corrective service at our discretion.
- No cash refunds will be issued once the service has been delivered.
5. No Return Policy
As we provide services and not physical products, there is no return policy applicable.
6. Delay or Rescheduling by Service Provider
In rare cases where Kamlesh Cleaning Services needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be informed in advance and provided with an alternate service date.
